By using the Tesla Coffee website and placing an order for any product, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the following exchange and return policy.

Return and Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 1 day only of receiving your order, provided the product is still in its original packaging, intact, unopened, and in good condition with no quantity used.

When Are Return or Exchange Requests Accepted?

• If there was an error in the shipped product (e.g., wrong item requested or damaged packaging)
• If the product has a manufacturing defect (an issue with roasting or grinding)

Shipping and Payment

We ship to all governorates in Egypt, with free shipping in Cairo & Giza on orders above LE 700 (outside Cairo & Giza, we'll confirm the delivery fee with you via WhatsApp). Cash on delivery only.
