Terms of service
When are return or exchange requests accepted?
- Within 1 day of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging, intact, and unopened.
- The package must be in good condition, and no quantity can have been used.
Cases in which we accept returns or exchanges:
- If there was an error in the shipped product (e.g., wrong type requested - damaged package).
- If the product has a manufacturing defect (issue with roasting or grinding).
